Lent is a special time in the Church cycle, a time which gives us the opportunity to focus on our life with God to see where we’ve been and to recommit. By participating fully in Lent, we can nurture our relationship with God and deepen our appreciation for God’s enormous and unconditional love for us.
This year, we invite you to experience Lent by joining an Ignatian Lenten Retreat in Daily Life.
The retreats in daily life support participants as they experience Ignatian spirituality through spending about 30 minutes in silent prayer and reflection each day.
We provide daily readings, reflection questions, and teachings from Ignatian spirituality to help you enter fully into the season. Facilitated weekly small group meetings provide a setting to share your prayer experience and ask questions.
Different days of the week and times are available as are in-person or zoom options.
Lent is early this year. Sessions start the week of February 12 and continue for eight weeks.
There is no charge for the retreat. If you feel called to support the work of the Ignatian Spirituality Center, you may donate online via our website or by check at your convenience.
